Love isn't perfect

This was a very quick little collaboration between my hands and some spare off cuts of silver (and a little amethyst) - designed to ensure my lad's girlfriend had a present for the day!  I normally sketch things out, but the idea happened as I was sat at my workbench.

Each heart was sawn individually, then soldered, before having the lines redefined, patterns and stone set in place. 

Love comes in different shapes, sizes, colour and belief - and, it isn't perfect, hence the title.
